Old Cairo:
Old Cairo it’s better known with the multi-religion complex and Al-Fustat.
The Muslim army leader Amr Ibn Al-Aas has built Al Fustat from about 1365 years ago to be the Islamic capital of Egypt.
They took one year to build it, it was overlooking to the Nile.
It’s known by the multi-religion complex because there is the first mosque in Egypt, about 7 churches and Jewish temple, so there is a collection of the three holly religion Islam, Christianity and Judaism.
The food tour
All tourists travelling to many countries to visit the historical sites but also they want to more about the countries culture, traditions, and to try their traditional food.

Cairo it was the 4th Islamic capital in Egypt after Al-Fustat, Al-Askar and Al-Qataie.
The Fatimid army leader Gawhar Al-Saqlabi built Cairo for the Muslims who were of Shia sect.
So, it built-in 969 AD and it was surrounded with great walls that were separating the Sunni Muslims and Egyptians fro Shia Muslims.
All gates destroyed except for three gates that still exist.
